Filing documents for the chamber of commerce
Naturally, we take care of the documents you need to file with the Chamber of Commerce. We also draw up the corresponding minutes of the Meeting of Shareholders at which you adopt the annual accounts for a financial year.
Financial Statements
As a closing of a fiscal year, a report will need to be made as a basis for the income tax and/or corporate tax return. In consultation with you, we can opt for an abbreviated version, in the form of an appendix to a tax return, or we can prepare for you financial statements that meet all legal requirements and provide them with an audit opinion. Even at the close of a fiscal year, we will make mutual arrangements with you about what work you will do yourself and what work you prefer to leave to us. This way you only pay for the added value we can provide
Interim statements
In order to keep track of the developments within your company, compared to the same period of the previous year and/or compared to a possible prognosis, we can draw up various interim overviews for you. These overviews can be customized to your wishes with key figures and graphs appropriate to the data on which you steer the company. Thus you get the information that is important to you in a transparent way in view.
Assistance in establishing assumptions for preparing a financial forecast and/or liquidity forecast
A financial forecast and/or liquidity forecast is important not only when starting a business or in the situation where there is growth and/or expansion. Even in case you think your business is in a stable situation, unforeseen circumstances may cause the reality to be different. Only if you can lay down the actual figures next to a pre-prepared forecast and compare them with each other can you easily analyze deviations and determine whether adjustments in business operations and/or financing structure are necessary.
