SDR Accountancy & Consultancy was founded by Drs. Soedir Oemrawsingh RA.
As an accounting firm with a focus on small and medium-sized businesses – both proft and non-proft, SDR Accountancy & Consulting stands for quality at a reasonable price. Services are mutually tailored to your needs and wishes and are always customized. You do yourself what you want, can and/or like. Available time, knowledge and money will play a role in this alignment.
With years of experience in financial services (over 21 years at accounting firms) we can advise you in various areas. We also have an extensive network of contacts which we can consult with you if specific issues arise. In this way we are able to offer you a complete package of services.
Complaint Resolution
As an office we make every effort to serve you as well and correctly as possible. Despite our efforts, it can still happen that a mistake is made (nothing human is alien to us) or that you are not satisfied with our organization for other reasons. If this is the case, we invite you to let us know. We assume that your complaint is in good faith and expresses genuine and legitimate concerns. We will therefore treat your complaint extremely seriously. In addition, your complaint gives us the opportunity to correct any errors and improve our service wherever possible.
Many complaints arise from misunderstandings, which can often be rectified in a good conversation. A conversation is therefore our preference. It also allows us to get a better idea of the nature of the complaint and how it came about.
If the problem cannot be solved in this way or if you do not find a conversation desirable, you can submit the complaint formally in writing. You can use our complaint form, which you can download from our website. We strive to respond to the content of the complaint within 10 working days. Should this take longer due to circumstances, you will always receive notice and we will inform you about the further procedure.
Finally, we inform you that, in view of professional regulations, we record complaints and include them in the evaluation of our quality system. Naturally, we will handle the information carefully and confidentially.
